This is an ongoing fund raising campaign to give an opportunity to easily support the Warm Heart of Africa Minustry in Malawi.

If you are not familiar with Warm Heart of Africa, it is a ministry in Malawi that we (the Dewas and I) began nearly 16 years ago. The Dewas are a Malawian couple that I met when i was in Malawi in 2008. Over the years, the ministry has grown tremendously, The Dewas are working towards WHOA becoming a self-sustainable ministry but we are not there yet. The various elements of the ministry include a very successful chicken farm; a crops farm (corn and beans); the development of businesses such as establishing an orchard (for personal use and sale of mangoes, lemons, and oranges) and turning farm/crop waste into briquettes for cooking (most rural cooking is done over open fire, and deforestation has become a problem).  WHOA has a medical ministry, a ministry to the home bound, children's ministry, women's ministry, an annual Youth Camp, Jesus Film outreaches, etc. This is a very active and growing ministry, and I have shared only briefly what some of the elements of it are!

At WHOA, our mission is to transform Malawi by making holistic disciples of Jesus Christ who, in turn, make other holistic disciples. Our goal is to see people embody and live out the life of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through this ministry many thousands have come to know the Lord, churches have been planted, home Bible studies flourish, and a vision for a better life and life through Jesus is spreading.

We are always grateful for support given at any time, and are beginning our Yourh Camp fund raising early as this is our biggest annual expense and it grows yearly.

In order to maintain full autonomy of the ministry, we opted to not be involved in an official 501c3. We are not associated or affiliated with NGOs in any country. 100% of all donations go directly to Sam and Rosena Dewa to support the ministry.
