Investing in the future of the global Church
Every generation has a part to play in God's mission.
Imagine more than 1,000 young leaders from every corner of the world, united by one passion: seeing the Gospel reach every generation, every nation, and every community.
Across the world, there are young men and women who are discovering their calling, stepping into leadership, serving their communities, and carrying the hope of the Gospel into places where it is needed most.
But no one is meant to walk that journey alone. We need spaces where generations can learn from one another, where different cultures and experiences come together, and where emerging leaders are encouraged, equipped, and strengthened for what lies ahead.
This is the heart behind the Fourth Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG 4), taking place from 16–22 March 2027. More than 1,000 emerging leaders from around the world will come together with a shared passion: advancing the Gospel and shaping the future of the global Church.
And, by God's grace, I've been selected to be part of this journey!
For me, this opportunity goes far beyond attending a gathering. It is an invitation to grow, to be challenged, to build meaningful relationships, and to invest in the mission God has entrusted to His Church.
YLG 4 will also mark the beginning of the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), a ten-year journey of mentorship, collaboration, and spiritual growth. An opportunity to build something that continues long after the gathering itself.
WHY THIS MATTERS TO ME
Serving among Arab communities in Spain has given me a glimpse of the incredible opportunities and challenges facing the Church today. I see the importance of building bridges across cultures, investing in people, and creating spaces where the Gospel can be encountered.
I see a generation with enormous potential, and I want to be better equipped to serve, encourage, and walk alongside them.
I hope to bring my own experiences into this global conversation, learn from leaders in different contexts, and return with new perspectives, deeper connections, and renewed vision for the work ahead.
I believe that when we invest in emerging leaders, we invest in the future of the Church and the mission of the Gospel.
