Friends and fam! I am excited to share that I have been selected to participate in a week of missionary work in Santiago de los Caballeros this coming spring. Myself and twenty other college students will be spending the week building a house for a family in need and traveling the surrounding communities to spread the Gospel in English and Spanish. I can't say how excited I am for this amazing opportunity the Lord has blessed me with. With an out of country trip comes extra needs and resources for the team.
How can you help?
1) Ultimately, prayer! We are asking for prayers that the Lord will bless this trip and give us the wisdom to speak His word to the people He brings along our path with power and truth. Over the next couple of months, our team will be spending time diving into training and with this comes an amazing opportunity for spiritual growth. We are believing that the Lord will stir in our own hearts through this mission trip so that we would be equipped with everything we need to be a vessel for the people we will meet. Your prayers over our team, our leadership, and our journey to Santiago and its people are so very welcomed and do not go without greatful hearts from all of us.
2) Donations are not at all expected, but are so very appreciated. Our team will be working hard to raise money for our week in Santiago the next few months. The cost of the trip includes everything we will need during our time; lodging, meals, airfare, and other traveling fees. Any donation of any size is considered such a blessing to me and helps me meet my trip cost.
