This is truly the last thing we ever wanted to have to do, but right now Shane is struggling and could really use our help.
Shane recently lost his job because of charges from 23 years ago. He was hired before the background check was fully completed, and when the old charges came to light, his employment was ended. Since then, he’s had to start over from the ground up. He’s lost nearly everything — his job, his place to live, and so much of what he worked for.
But Shane has been clean for years now and has been doing the right thing. He has worked hard to move forward, rebuild his life, and be there for his daughter. Through it all, the most important thing in his life remains his daughter, and he’s doing everything he can to rebuild.
