This is an attempt to reach out for help for Clint.   Clint is 48 and has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and Unverified Mental Retardation.  His mother died in 12-2017.   Against all odds and by no small miracle he has managed on his own up to this point.  But, the mobile park and the unit he lives in are in shambles and crumbling around him. The  water is really not safe for use.  The original plan was to move him to this mobile park near me. The lot rent is $200 less a month plus the cost of living is lower here. They have a unit for sale at $500. I was going to rehab it for him at no labor cost plus lots of materials but it is just to far gone and needs to much.. It would be to much more stress for Clint.   While we wait on a unit to open up there, we also are looking elsewhere for something closer to move in condition.   Clint Needs Help!    Thank God for the couple good people near him presently that have helped in so many ways. I will not abandon him. Now I heard the railroad is surveying and staking out the mobile park for purchase.   Sure don't know what to do but, I am compelled to do everything I can to help Clint secure a reasonably sustainable place of residence somewhere.
