My name is Saul Nieves , and I am helping a brother in Christ with his mission. This statement summarizes what we are looking to achieve. Currently the citizens of the Philippines have been devastated by the aftermath of a very damaging monsoon season. This statement below is from Arvin Ancheta:
My name is Arvin James Ancheta, and I'm a missionary from the Philippines. For over 20 years, our ministry has helped young people find hope, purpose, and Christ through faith-based events, counseling, youth outreach, and disaster relief. We've seen suicidal youth find hope, students return to school, broken families helped, and young people turn away from drugs, alcohol, and destructive lifestyles.
God has blessed us with land, and now we're raising funds to build a Multi-Purpose Ministry Facility that will serve 500–700 people and allow us to reach 4,000–5,000 youth each year. The facility will also serve as an evacuation and disaster-relief center during floods. We're also praying to provide three rescue boats to help evacuate families safely during emergencies.
Our team of 40 is ready to serve. We're not just building a building, we're building a place where lives can be changed. Your prayers, donations, and partnership mean everything to us as we continue this work together.
"For we are labourers together with God…", 1 Corinthians 3:9
