This summer, I had the opportunity to do a two-week program with Surfing The Nations in Hawaii, a mix of discipleship, growing my faith, outreach to the homeless community, and adventure on the island of Oahu. When that program ended, it didn't feel complete. I felt like the Lord wasn't done with me yet.
I've been given the opportunity to go back through their three-month internship program. This time will help me grow in my faith through daily teaching and worship, build relationships with others in the body there, and share the love of Jesus in practical ways in one of the poorest communities on the island.
I've trusted that the Lord will provide. He has through my own paychecks and a brand deal over the past month, which covers half of my tuition. But I still need to raise money for three months of living expenses and the rest of my tuition.
