Making Room

God has been doing something really special here in our little corner of Alaska.

He has opened the door for us to have both the Outpost (the cabin) and a new Family Life Center (the grey house) two spaces with very different purposes, but both created for ministry.

The Outpost will be a place of rest and retreat for mission teams and ministry families. A place to slow down, enjoy Alaska, spend time with family, and simply breathe.

The Family Life Center will give our church and community room to gather— for families, kids, teens, Bible studies, meals, enrichment activities, fellowship, and all the everyday opportunities that come with having a place to serve together.

There is still construction to finish and a lot of things needed to make these spaces usable.

We don’t have every need figured out, and we don’t know exactly how God will provide.

But we’ve seen Him provide before, and we’re trusting Him again.

So we’re Making Room.

Room for missionaries to rest.

Room for families to gather.

Room for ministry to happen.

Room for whatever God wants to do next.
