Landon Reid is a six year old boy in first grade at St. Margaret Regional School in Woodbury, New Jersey. He was diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, a very rare soft tissue cancer, in January of 2023. Since his diagnosis, he has completed multiple rounds of radiation and chemotherapy. Unfortunately, despite these treatments, his cancer has returned twice. Landon is currently on a weekly chemotherapy regimen that will last for one year.
Landon’s mom says that he has maintained his joy, positivity, kindness and bravery throughout his treatments over these past four years. "Landon is so brave, strong and silly. He has never lost his silliness throughout this time. He is a celebrity at CHOP! Everyone knows him and loves him and comes looking to say 'hi' to him before we can even check in. When we first started going to CHOP, he would always 'roar' at the nurses because he loved dinosaurs. Then he became obsessed with Spiderman and would pretend to shoot spiderwebs at them. They would always 'roar' and shoot spiderwebs right back. Landon lights up a room and he has never stopped fighting."
We are humbly asking our community for help in raising funds to support the Reid Family. 100% of the proceeds will be given to the family for Landon's ongoing medical expenses. Thank you and God bless.
