In Loving Memory of Kennon Don Anderson

I created this fundraiser because I want to do everything I can to help ease some of the financial weight that was suddenly placed on my parents and Kennon’s father. They never expected to be planning a funeral for their son, and I don’t want the expenses that came with laying him to rest to be another burden they have to carry while grieving.

There is nothing I can do to take away the pain of losing Kennon, but if I can help take even a small amount of stress off their shoulders, then I want to try.

Our family is navigating an unimaginable loss after the unexpected passing of my little brother, Kennon, at just 21 years old. Over the past few weeks, we have come together to honor him, celebrate his life, and give him the beautiful farewell he deserved. His viewings, funeral services, memorial, and other arrangements have now taken place, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up, prayed for us, shared memories, and surrounded our family with love.

If you knew Kennon, you know the joy, laughter, love, and kindness he brought into the lives of so many people. He was deeply loved, and his absence is something our family will carry with us forever. If you didn’t have the privilege of knowing him personally, I hope you might still consider helping a family that was suddenly faced with a loss none of us were prepared for.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping cover the expenses associated with Kennon’s funeral and services. If you aren’t able to give financially, every prayer, kind word, shared memory, and share of this fundraiser means more to us than I can express.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has loved Kennon, supported our family, attended his services, reached out, prayed for us, and helped carry us through some of the hardest days of our lives.

My hope with this fundraiser is simply to help take one thing off my family’s shoulders while we learn how to move forward carrying the loss of someone we love so deeply.
