It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved father, Floriberto Bautista.
Floriberto was a loving father who deeply cared for his children and family. He was a cherished son, brother, father, uncle, and grandfather whose presence touched the lives of those around him.
Over the last two years, Floriberto made meaningful changes in his life. He embraced sobriety, reconnected with God, and rediscovered his passion for music. During the past year, he found joy in playing the piano and singing at church, sharing his love for music and faith with others. As his family, we were so proud of the changes he was making, the growth we saw in him, and the relationship he had rebuilt with God. Knowing where he stood in his faith before his passing brings comfort to our hearts, and we will always be grateful for the journey he was on.
Beyond his love for music, Floriberto had a true passion for carpentry. He loved working with his hands and had an extraordinary talent for creating beautiful things out of wood, from custom cabinets and intricate moldings to so much more. Building was one of the ways he expressed his creativity and talent, leaving a piece of himself in the things he made. In honor of this special part of who he was, we will lay our dad to rest in a mahogany wood casket featuring hand-carved details. It is our way of honoring the craftsmanship he loved, the talent he shared, and the beautiful work he was able to create with his own hands.
Although his passing was unexpected, the love, memories, and impact he leaves behind will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
We are asking for support during this difficult time as we work to cover his funeral and burial expenses. Any donation, no matter the amount, would mean so much to our family and help us give our dad the loving farewell he deserves.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping our family in your prayers would also mean a great deal to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and support as we honor the life and memory of Floriberto Bautista. He will forever live on in our hearts. ❤️
