Faulkner County Fire Buff is raising money to expand our existing fire apparatus preservation program into a suicide awareness and education initiative in memory of Thomas Duggan, who tragically died by suicide. Following conversations with Thomas's family, and with several of our own family members personally affected by his passing, we want to turn this preservation effort into a lasting tribute that helps others. Funds will support acquiring and preserving this former Joplin Fire Department 1988 Pierce Arrow 50’ Telesqurt. This truck will be dedicated to Thomas and used at community events, educational programs, and public appearances to promote suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and available support resources. Our mission is to preserve local firefighting history while honoring Thomas's memory and helping our community recognize the importance of mental health. Thank you for standing with us as we honor Thomas and help our community talk openly about mental health. Your support would mean so much.
