Support Railynn and baby HaisLee Sawyer

• Railynn lost the love of her life when Sawyer tragically drowned while paddle boarding in Belle Fourche Reservoir in South Dakota on May 29, 2026.

• A miracle of hope! To everyone’s surprise, baby HaisLee Sawyer was born on September 9, 2026.

• Their entire world changed in a single afternoon; the practical and emotional weight of Sawyer not being here with Railynn and HaisLee is more than one young mother should have to carry alone.

• Every bit of support goes directly toward giving them stability, care, and a little breathing room while they grieve.

Sharing Railynn’s post-

5/5/26 - We celebrated one whole year of loving each other. Our first summer, halloween, Christmas, new year, winter, spring, birthdays. God knew how much we needed that year of so many firsts, despite it also being lasts. Our love was above and beyond any normal “teenage” relationship. It was real love. A perfect match made in Heaven. The kind that most people never get to experience in 100 years of living, and we found it at just 14 years old. That’s not luck… that’s God.

5/29/26 - We went to lunch together. We packed the red car together. We aired up the paddle board together. And we almost lost both of our lives together. The wind came up so fiercely out of nowhere, really living up to its name. Jesus needed you home that day, and I was crushed. We all were. Me, my mom, your dog, my dog… we all barely made it out. They say God works in mysterious ways and that we don’t always get to know why things happen, and that is true. But sometimes “the why” shows up in ways we never expected. I still don’t know why God needed you so soon… just 15 years young. But now I know why I couldn’t go with you.

9/9/26 - It was midnight and I was praying for God to help me tell my parents what I had just barely found out myself. I thought I had a lot more time but God works in His own timing. It was no longer about “how” or “when” to tell them because suddenly something was wrong. I got to the hospital with my mom & Sawyer’s mom around 1am. Two hours of unknown, worry, and so much pain. Then… JOY. It all happened so fast. We got to the hospital expecting to leave with an ultrasound picture and a due date. But instead we left with the most perfect unexpected gift from God. A piece of Sawyer that we get to keep. A miracle baby that God kept safe for 9 whole months. We had no idea she was already growing that day on the lake. Or at your funeral. Or for the rest of what felt like the most awful and unfair summer. But He knew. And even though you didn’t know then, I know you do now. They say babies souls are in Heaven before they come here, so I know you met her before we even got to. And when I looked up at both our moms during the most terrifying and incredible experience of my life and said “I wish Sawyer was here” - we all knew you were.
