Since 2011, Grace Place Properties has walked alongside individuals leaving addiction and incarceration, helping them start a new chapter in life. Our mission is rooted in three core challenges these participants face:

1. 🏠 Securing a spiritually healthy place to live
2. 🤝 Finding accountability and support to walk a new path
3. 💼 Connecting with job opportunities from employers who believe in second chances

Over the past decade, we’ve learned what works—and what doesn’t—in a ministry like this. Each year, we refine and strengthen our approach to better serve those who trust us with their journey.

📣 Why We’re Raising Funds Now

As we approach the end of 2025, we’re inviting you to partner with us financially to meet three pressing needs:

• Aging Apartments: Our properties are 60 years old and require tens of thousands of dollars annually for updates and maintenance.
• Rising Insurance Costs: Like many others, we’ve seen a sharp increase in property insurance—and we’ve already been notified of another significant hike in 2026.
• Operating Reserves: We need a healthy balance to respond to unexpected expenses and ensure uninterrupted ministry.
