Since 2011, Grace Place Properties has walked alongside individuals leaving addiction and incarceration, helping them start a new chapter in life. Our mission is rooted in three core challenges these participants face:

💼 Connecting with job opportunities from employers who believe in second chances
Over the past decade, we’ve learned what works—and what doesn’t—in a ministry like this. Each year, we refine and strengthen our approach to better serve those who trust us with their journey.
Because of your generosity, last year’s campaign reached $158,000. That level of support allowed us to continue offering grace, stability, and opportunity to men rebuilding their lives. This year, we are prayerfully pursuing a goal of $175,000 so we can expand the impact of this ministry in meaningful ways. We believe God is calling us to step forward in faith, trusting that He will multiply every gift for His glory.
📣 Why We’re Raising Funds Now
As we approach the end of 2026, we’re inviting you to partner with us financially to meet three pressing needs:
1. Aging Apartments
Our properties are 60 years old and require tens of thousands of dollars annually for updates and maintenance.
2. Rising Insurance Costs
Like many others, we’ve seen a sharp increase in property insurance—and we’ve already been notified of another significant hike in 2026.
3. Operating Reserves
We need a healthy balance to respond to unexpected expenses and ensure uninterrupted ministry.
