🌟💫 **From Runner to Wellness Guide: Empowering Freedom Through Faith** 🕊️✨

Hey!

It’s me again—your fellow runner turned wellness enthusiast. You might remember how much I love to run; it’s been part of my life for over a decade now. But today, I want to share something that has deeply moved me lately...

It all started with a shared podcast, then to a book what helped change me from the inside out but going through it again a second time with a friend. That is when a lightbulb turned on for me: what if fitness could be more than just physical? What if it could offer that same sense of liberation I find in prayer and scripture?

This revelation led to an incredible journey—I found with Revelation Wellness. Moving freely without shame or guilt. If you are moving, you are doing it right!

So starting in August I will be taking weekly classes to prepare me to be a certified trainer. In October I will take a 5 day retreat to be better equipped and become a certified Rev Fit instructor!!

It’s about breaking free from the burdens we often unknowingly carry, much like when Paul writes of casting off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles (Hebrews 12:1).
