JOIN ME IN GOING TO PERU
This coming March, I have the opportunity to join the Every Man Ministries team on a mission trip to Peru. Our mission is simple: to share the gospel, serve the people we encounter, and meet practical needs within the communities we visit. While some of the specific details of the mission are still being finalized, I know one thing for certain; God has opened a door for us to go, serve, and make ourselves available to what He wants to do.
For me personally, this trip is about more than traveling to another country. It’s an opportunity to step out in faith and serve in ways I haven’t had the opportunity to in some years. It’s a chance to get outside of my normal rhythms, trust God in new ways, and be reminded that the mission of Jesus extends far beyond the walls of our own church and community.
But there’s another reason this trip is especially meaningful to me.
I’ll be joined by Rey Ramos, a young man I’ve had the privilege of leading and discipling. Rey came to faith just a couple of years ago, and in that short time, I’ve watched him grow into a faithful servant, a developing leader, and most importantly a young man who genuinely desires to follow Jesus.
At just 21, Rey will be the youngest man on this mission team. I’m excited not only to serve alongside him, but to watch God stretch his faith, deepen his heart for people, and continue shaping him into the man He has called him to be. There’s something powerful about being able to serve on mission with someone you’ve had the privilege of discipling—and I’m believing this will be a defining experience for both of us.
Now, we need your help to get there.
Between airfare and mission expenses, each of us needs to raise $2,500 to participate in this trip. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with me and with Rey as we prepare to go?
Your support can help send us, but more importantly, it helps us go prepared to serve people, share the hope of Jesus, and be the hands and feet of Christ in Peru.
