Please help Danny Tommo's Children!

You know Danny Tommo as Tommy Robinson's right-hand man — for years, the man standing beside Tommy at every rally and every court date. This summer he started his own campaign on the beaches and docks of England's south coast, trying to stop the small boats coming across the Channel.

You've probably seen what happened next. On September 22nd, Danny cut a migrant dinghy in the Channel — on his own livestream. He was arrested the next day. He has pleaded not guilty, and we'll let the court judge the rest. That's what trials are for.

But here's the part the court process doesn't deal with. Danny was denied bail. He's in prison right now, awaiting a trial that could be months away.

And Danny has a private life, too. As his own barrister told the court, he lives with his long-standing partner and their four children, aged three to eighteen — with a fifth on the way. His partner is a full-time mum. Danny is a roofer by trade, and his wages fed the family. With him in a cell, that income stopped overnight.

Whatever you think of what Danny did in the Channel, his kids didn't do it. A three-year-old doesn't have politics. She just has a dad who isn't coming home for a while, and a mum who is four months pregnant and wondering how to pay the bills.

That's why we've set up this crowdfund, in coordination with Danny's family. 100% of the proceeds will go to a trust fund for the children. The funds will be administered by Danny’s mother. Not a penny goes to lawyers — Danny's legal defence is crowdfunded separately at SaveDanny.co.uk — and not a penny goes to Rebel News.

We did the same thing for Tommy Robinson's children when Tommy was in prison, and Rebel News supporters took care of them. Now it's Danny's family that needs the same help. His children shouldn't suffer while their dad waits for his day in court. Please give what you can.
