Ecclesia Destiny Preschool & Primary School, located in Nigeria needs your help!

They desperately need a van to safely transport their students to and from school.

With so many recent kidnappings in their region, their young students are fearful to walk to school which takes over an hour with no adult for safety.

They are also trying to be self sustaining by themed of the year. To do this they have started a small animal farm.

Currently they have 25 + cows and recently a new bull ($850) to breed them. One cow cost approximately $250, including transportation fees and vaccinations. 

Our cow campaign is set up to buy a cow on this site, for $250, which includes transport fees and vaccinations.

Cows are the most profitable source of income we can attain by our own efforts.

Our school is FREE, and the children get a hot meal, Christian education and a safe place to be while their parents work. We have children as young as 3 & 4  coming to be cared for when no one is home. Currently we have 55 students and 3 teachers. 

Ecclesia Destiny Preschool and Primary School is vital to this neighborhood outside Mawuko Village in Nigeria.

Director Daren Rapoport is an American Missionary. He has a Nigerian wife and new baby born in August of 2025.

We started in the summer of 2024 with enough donations to purchase a humble apartment bldg which is now the school grounds  The building is in much need of repairs and updating. We also raised money for them for a large grain supply and farm animals.

This last year enough money was raised for uniforms, playground equipment, a well, security wall, gate, medical needs, and so much more! 

We also started a livestock farm and to date we have over 50 farm animals including cows, goats, sheep, and chickens. Recently, we had to rent land to keep all of our animals as the school property is not big enough. On another section of land, we are growing fruit trees, coconut palm trees and other vegetables to sell and for food for our growing ministry. 

We also continue to take food to a local orphanage, a prison, and to homeless teens on the streets of Lagos. We have been doing that for several years, as well as handing out Bibles and evangelism. This part of our ministry is very dear to them and they would like to be able to continue to provide for the needs of homeless people in and around the area. We do not own a car or van currently so must walk everywhere or hire a taxi. We do have a motorcycle that can transport one person at a time.

It is very difficult having a ministry of this caliber in a Third World country without outside support. We are raising farm animals (primarily cows) as a way to become self-sufficient in the future. 

 Other goals are to acquire their own land to keep our animals and to increase our number of cows significantly. We need money to build proper stables or barns to keep the animals dry during the rainy season. 

Our ministry keeps growing so by the grace of God we trust Him that He will also provide the funds necessary for food and all of our other monthly expenses so it can continue to grow!

THANK YOU for all of the donations that have come in at the end of the year to build the security wall, gate etc. for our school in Nigeria. After our student was miraculously able to escape his kidnappers, we realized the importance of this security measure to keep our students safe.
