We have been working with friends and members of our church to help a family of 5 in need. They are currently living in a motorhome with a small addition that has been getting them by, but is less than ideal for approaching winter conditions.
The electrical system in the motorhome has stopped recharging, there are electrical shorts, almost no working lights and a little drafty.
We are working towards the goal of getting them into an insulated, dried in cabin before Winter fully sets in. They have been very appreciative to all the help they have received thus far and are no strangers to just getting by.
We have received some generous donations and resources from individuals at church to start making this a reality but are falling a little short to fully commit to starting this project. A half finished living space won’t help in the long run for immediate needs.
If you aren’t in a position to help financially we understand. Donated building materials &sharing this fundraiser would also be a huge help! If you own a business or know a business that may be interested in donating reach out. We will also need extra hands when the time comes to get the project done quickly as freezing temps are already here.
We have seen our community come together in our own time of need and trust God will provide what is needed to help ensure they are warm this Winter.
