Who are we? We are a group of servants from Bowling Green, KY who want to share the love of God with destitute communities in Honduras in need of basic amenities! In collaboration with Mission Lazarus, who coordinates the projects on the ground-level, we will travel to Honduras in March 2027 to build +12 latrines for various communities who don't have access to proper sanitation facilities.
My wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Mission Lazarus twice in the past, in Haiti and Honduras, to build homes for those who had no place to live. It was so rewarding to see the joy on their faces as they received an immeasurable gift from God. Our hope for this trip is to help restore the dignity of their community and to build relationships with them, shining God's light in their lives.
The donations we are asking for our group will cover the cost of the latrines and other project costs ($7,200), airfare ($4,000), and the expense of our trip ($5,387) which includes lodging, food, insurance, transportation, drivers, and translators. Mission Lazarus has a 95% rating on Charity Navigator for accountability and transparency. We believe in the good this organization does!
You are such an integral part of this journey we are taking! Your support will immediately bless the Honduran communities and be a perfect example of the church as God uses those whom He's blessed to send His hands and feet into the world to make a Kingdom impact. Thank you for helping us achieve this goal!
