I was able to go to Kampala Uganda. I met Francine Ziruka Mwozi and Mary Lou Kimball, a Charis grad and missionary in Uganda for 19 years at the airport. I stayed with Francine in her home and served her organizations., TOUCH AND SMILE DEVELOPMENT and AFRICAN RALLIED WOMEN LED NETWORK. She began serving refugees in 2019, empowering women to know who they are in Christ to help rebuild their lives after becoming refugees or abused. Along side Francine, I was able to share hope and love and pray for the women at 4 of her events.

I was able to visit the Charis extension school in Kampala and met there Junaid and Kelly-Ann Esau, also the Dean of the Jinja Extension campus Julius Mahaga. There I shared my Charis journey with the students.

I also participated in the joyous worship at Biblical Mission Center with Pastor Eric and Angel Mwaka and at The Glorious Church of Christ Bunamwaya with Pastor Isaac Kituuka.

I have continued to volunteer with Redeeming Love Ministries within the US and still plan to work with Julie in the DR Congo in her work with orphans and widows. His glory is being displayed by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of the most vulnerable.

I am forming Love Interruption Ministry, am starting a series of posts on Social Media about my vision God’s vision - “Why Africa?”. I am in process of writing a book entitled He Draws Me. I am developing podcasts to disciple people in the languages they speak without the requirement of electricity or wi-fi. And in my free time, am learning French and Swahili.

I intend to return to Kampala as soon as the Lord deems its timing, within the next six months for up to 3 months to investigate the area to move there for long term mission work.

Jesus said in Matthew 25:36 NKJV "I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me." and then affirmed in vs 30 - "Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me."
