Young Couple Facing Personal Housing Emergency

Hi! My name is Kira. In the next few days, my husband and I will be homeless and living in our car because we cant afford to live anywhere else right now. After several months of unemployment, my husband just started a new job, which he loves, but he only gets paid twice a month. I’m not currently working. Don’t get me wrong, I love working, but I have seizures, which makes finding a job that will hire me, or, once hired, keep me hired, very difficult. The weather is starting to get cold and with my seizures and other health problems, I’m worried the car will not be warm enough and definitely won’t offer a place for my husband to shower before work. We found a longterm stay hotel near his work that costs $1200/month, but we don’t have the funds to get in there before he gets his first full paycheck. We’re hoping to get in there by the time we have to be out of our current housing situation in the next few days. We would truly be blessed and appreciate any help you can offer.
