Our local community has people who are non-ambulatory and face real barriers to getting the care they need. Limited local resources mean that transportation to appointments and treatments is a significant challenge for them.
We're raising funds for a wheelchair van that will immediately help a dear friend get to her cancer treatment appointments and also serve people in our community by providing the transportation they need to reach their appointments and treatments. This van will make a real difference for those who depend on it. This van will be donated to our local VFW to benefit ALL of our local community.
