My names Michael Knowler,
November 2021 I gave up completly everything during Covid 19 to protect our free land from coercion, vaxinated or not, when i was informed 'jab or no job'
We have established a workers union here in New Zealand-whom have worked in Gods grace to stand up for our rights, country and generations to come.
Im standing up for New Zealand and Austraila to set a precedent through the court systems that we keep our freedom of choice and that we are treated well with out being cohersed again by unlawful medical practices applied at the work place again.
Did covid remove the right to work?
What about if a person didn't want to take a provisionally approved vaccine with no long-term safety data available?
I have a case in the employment court however my employer has applied for "security for costs" which means they don't think I have enough money, (which I don't) to pay their lawyers should I lose. Its like a bond so we can proceed in the court.
Everyone has the right to work which is in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UNUDHR).
Everyone has the right to refuse medical treatment which is in the (UNUDHR) and the NZ Bill of Rights.
No where in the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 does it say that workers need to get vaccinated.
Its taken a long time but this case needs to be delivered, heard out loud and settled
I gave all in thought of everyone generations to come and to be treated well and not to experience coercion ever again as everyone suffered.
Ive been asked to pay the 10,000 NZD bond to the courthouse to proceed and would like an aditional 10,000 NZD also to go further
