TomF canteen fundraiser

Tom is a USMC veteran and is currently in jail, awaiting trial on serious criminal charges. This fundraiser is to provide jail canteen funds to him so he can buy some items such as snacks or OTC medication or supplies. My name is Philip and I served with Tom and we have been friends since boot camp.
