Our dear friend, Jodi, is facing an unexpected and difficult battle with an aggressive cancer diagnosis. As she and her family navigate medical appointments, testing, treatment decisions, and the uncertainty ahead, we want to surround them with love, encouragement, and support.
Anyone who knows Jodi knows she is strong, determined, and always willing to show up for the people she loves. She has a heart for helping others, and now it’s our turn to show up for her.
Jodi and her husband, Mike, are raising three children, ages 10 to 18, whom Jodi lovingly homeschools. She has devoted so much of her time and energy to nurturing, teaching, and caring for her family. As they face this unexpected journey, their hope is to maintain as much stability and normalcy as possible for their children.
Mike is the sole breadwinner for their family and will need to take time away from work to be by Jodi’s side and support her through the challenges ahead. Along with mounting medical expenses, the potential loss of income will place an additional financial burden on their family during an already overwhelming time.
