Supporting Celathia's Restoration After Aneurysm

On 10/22/2026, the 22nd wedding anniversary of Pastors KingDavid and Celathia Cox, the couple was preparing for what they thought would be a weekend-long celebration.

Just hours before KingDavid was scheduled to get off work, Celathia was on the treadmill before calling her husband, complaining of a massive headache.

He immediately came home and took her to the hospital emergency room (ER), after hearing her slurred speech.

At the ER, doctors discovered she suffered a brain aneurysm, and it was still bleeding.

They recommended an emergency surgery to save her life.

All this happening on their anniversary, when they anticipated celebrating their union, were now facing losing half of it. Surgeons performed a craniectomy on Celathia, cutting her skull open and removing the part of her brain with the aneurysm.

Through the prayers of many and the grace of God, she lives and is now on the slow and steady road to recovery!

KingDavid and Celathia Cox have dedicated a large portion of their lives to the service of others, with 50 years of combined ministry, helping people and their communities, including their budding ministry, Kingdom Family Empowerment Center in Cincinnati, OH.

Right now, and in the coming months, they really need our help.

As contracted employees, they do not have vacation or sick time to draw from.

With monthly bills, medical expenses not covered by insurance, and the inability for both of them to work full-time, our financial assistance and prayers are crucial.
