Dear friends, family, and kind hearts,
We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts on behalf of our beloved nephew, Rovert (nickname Ovie) who lives in the Philippines.
While riding his bicycle to school Monday morning, Oct 19, Rovert was involved in a devastating accident and was hit by a bus and run over with the rear tires. He is currently hospitalized and facing a long, difficult road to recovery. As a dedicated student with a bright future ahead of him, it breaks our hearts to see him fighting through such severe injuries instead of being in the classroom.
The medical expenses in the Philippines are mounting quickly, and the cost of his urgent surgeries, intensive hospital care, and upcoming physical rehabilitation is more than our family can manage alone.
The funds raised here will go directly toward:
• Emergency surgeries and hospital room stays, Essential medications, scans, and treatments, Long-term physical therapy and medical equipment for his recovery
• Every single donation, no matter the size, will make a massive difference in relieving this immense financial burden so Rovert can focus entirely on fighting to heal.
Because GiveSendGo does not currently support direct banking transfers to the Philippines, I am managing this fundraiser from here in the United States on behalf of Rovert and our family.
To ensure complete transparency:
• I will be receiving 100% of the cleared donations directly into my secure U.S. bank account. I will immediately remit every single dollar raised directly to Rovert and his immediate medical care team in the Philippines. I will regularly post updates and medical milestones here on the page so all donors can see exactly how your generosity is helping Rovert get back on his feet. Thank you so much for your prayers, shares, and support during this incredibly painful time. Even if you cannot donate financially, please consider sharing this link with your network and keeping Rovert in your thoughts. We are infinitely grateful for your kindness.
With love and gratitude,
The Family of Rovert
Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness.
