Update! 6.5.26

First Goal met this week! Now the real journey begins..Am I a good candidate?? I am pretty confident but we'll see later this week! I'll keep eveyone posted as I talk more with INR.. if so we'll move to Goal-2/Step-2 below

For a couple of years, I've been looking into an "off-label" procedure called perispinal etanercept for stroke recovery. While still experimental, it appears promising and may cut years off my acute pain and recovery time. This procedure is expensive, but it appears worth it when considering the pain relief patients seem to get immediately. My pain in the evenings is an excruciating 9/10 at times and truly unbearable. Pain medications are a necessary evil that I absolutely hate, given all the side effects and the possibility of addiction.

1. Step 1 - Patient Evaluation -$500
2. Step 2 - One or two proceedures at $8500 each at the Institute of Neuralogical Recovery in Boca Raton Florida.(More Info to come after evaluation)-$2500 for travel expenses
