Supporting John & Christina During This Difficult Time
On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, while driving to work, John was suddenly struck by a severe headache. What initially seemed like an unexpected medical emergency turned out to be two life-threatening brain bleeds (aneurysms), requiring emergency brain surgery.
Thankfully, John received the critical care he needed, but his fight is far from over. He remains in the Neuro ICU, facing a long and uncertain road to recovery. Christina is by his side, focused on what matters most: helping her husband heal.
As a small group of close friends, we have come together to organize a private family support fund to help ease the financial burden on John and Christina during this incredibly difficult time.
While John's medical care and recovery understandably remain the priority, everyday expenses don't stop during a medical crisis. Household bills, utilities, insurance, and other financial responsibilities continue. With John unable to work and Christina also unable to work as she devotes her time and energy to being by his side, the financial strain is an added challenge during an already overwhelming time.
Our hope is to provide some financial breathing room, allowing them to focus on John's recovery without the added worry of how to manage the day-to-day expenses. With the length and demands of his recovery still unknown, this support could make a meaningful difference.

We believe in the power of faith, prayer, generosity, and community. John and Christina have a deep faith in Jesus Christ, and we know that their trust in Him remains an important source of strength during this uncertain time. We also believe that God often works through the hearts and hands of those around us. This is an opportunity for friends and loved ones to come together, share His love, and help carry some of the financial burden as John and Christina navigate the days ahead.
