Support Jeremy Haines
Brothers and sisters,
I am writing to you today as a friend and brother in Christ to Jeremy Haines. We all know the heart Jeremy and his family have for our community, their unwavering commitment to Hope Point Church, and the tireless work they pour into serving others. Now, in their hour of need, it is our turn to stand by them.
The Situation
Recently, Jeremy was in a severe bike accident resulting in critical injuries. He has already endured two major surgeries to stabilize his condition. While we thank God Jeremy is with us, he faces a long road ahead. Jeremy is currently at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta for intensive, specialized rehabilitation that will last for many months.
Our Financial Goal
This unexpected tragedy has placed a heavy financial deficit on the Haines family. To lift this burden from Jessica and the kids so they can focus fully on Jeremy's recovery, we are setting some clear goals:
Financial Goal:
• Target: ~ Minimum $4000 per month
• Duration: 18 months
• Purpose: Cover ongoing medical bills, rehab expenses, and living costs while Jeremy cannot work.
*Please use the provided link to make a financial contribution. Any amount you choose to give is deeply appreciated.
Home Accessibility Goal:
When Jeremy comes home, his mobility will be altered. We will need to build a wheelchair ramp at his house so Jessica can easily wheel him in and out. We are currently organizing the logistics for this project and will keep everyone updated on the timing of the build so we can assemble a work crew. Please contact Brian Davis @ 864-809-4015 if you are interested in being a part of this team.
With Deep Gratitude
The Haines family is profoundly grateful to the Hope Point family and friends worldwide for the overwhelming flood of prayers already lifted up to Christ on their behalf. They have felt the comfort of these prayers, and it sustains them daily.
A Closing Prayer
Please continue to join me in lifting up Jeremy, Jessica, and their children to the Lord. We pray for complete physical healing for Jeremy, and for deep emotional and spiritual strength for the whole family as they face the daily challenges of this healing process. Thank you for your radical love, generosity, and prayers.
