I'm Fotios Mpouris, and I'm building Open Care. It helps neighbors care for the people they love, one need at a time. A meal dropped off. A form filled out. An hour of company.
Care works on trust. You open a care circle, invite the family, friends and neighbors who help, and everyone shares the load. No one carries it alone. It's free, in English and español, and already up and running at opencare.world.
I'm also building the Open Care Marketplace, so the neighbor down the street who's good at something can lend a hand to a family that needs it.
This mission is personal for me. People had faith in me during my darkest time. It took radical transparency and discipline to work my way back and earn trust. That's what I want Open Care to give others.
