While on a brief vacation in Colombia with his wife, Pastor Joel Zartman of West Side Baptist Church suffered an unexpected cerebral thrombosis. His recovery is well under way, but he will need a cranioplasty to replace a part of his skull that was removed, as well as much therapy to regain strength and movement in his right side, overcome aphasia, and have a chance of being able to function normally once again.
