Costa Rican missionary needs medical treatment

Miguel Sanchez lives in Costa Rica with his wife, Pamela, and his four children. He pastors a church in Guanacaste. They have been missionaries to Costa Rica for five years.

On October 2nd, he fell down while trying to get out of bed. He had lost sensation in his right leg.

Doctors rushed him to a hospital four hours away for tests. They diagnosed him with a blood clot and a brain bleed. He has lost the use of his right leg and his left arm.

Pastor Sanchez is currently being treated at a hospital in San Jose, where he is undergoing treatment to dissolve the blood clot and stop the bleeding in his brain. Medical expenses will overwhelm him and his family.

Please donate to Pastor Miguel so he can continue to minister to the people of Costa Rica. Above all, pray for him and his family, that they can be a light in the midst of their trial. God has not forsaken them.

The Sanchez family has been sent by Cornerstone Baptist Church in Carthage, TN.
