From Fresno, California, to Bangkok, Thailand, Maleah Bacon is growing up with a world of opportunities ahead of her.
At just 10 years old, Maleah is a published author, young community leader, and international school student whose journey has already taken her across 14 countries.
But her story began long before her first international adventure.
ROOTED IN PURPOSE
Growing up in Fresno, California, Maleah founded Little Lunch Bags, a community initiative that provided meals to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through this experience, she discovered something important at an early age: You don't have to be grown to make a difference. That foundation of compassion, leadership, and community service continues to shape her journey today.
LEARNING WITHOUT BORDERS
Now attending international school in Bangkok, Thailand, Maleah is experiencing education through a global lens. She's learning alongside children from different countries, building cross-cultural friendships, and developing the confidence to navigate a world much bigger than her hometown. Her experiences have also inspired her creativity.
In 2026, Maleah became a published author with the release of My Friendship Passport, a children's book inspired by the friendships and cultural connections she's made throughout her travels.
For Maleah, international education is more than attending school abroad. It's an opportunity to develop the knowledge, confidence, and perspective to make an impact wherever life takes her.
