Medical Care for Judith in Abuja Nigeria

Judith has been part of our family for nearly her entire life — not by blood, but by love.

She grew up in Camp 4, Nimba County, Liberia, until my aunt, Auntie Pudding, welcomed her into our family as the daughter she had always dreamed of having. Judith was only 10 years old when she was brought to Yekepa and told, “This is your new home.” And from that day on, she truly became family.

Today, Judith needs us more than ever.

In 2025, she found a lump near her breast. Like many women in Liberia with limited access to healthcare, she waited, hoping it would disappear. She told no one — not even her closest sister, Dorcas. But Dorcas noticed something was wrong and encouraged her to see a doctor.

That moment may have saved her life.

Judith has now been diagnosed with serious breast cancer. She needs urgent medical care — She has stepped out on faith and traveled to the African Medical Centre of Excellence (AMCE) in Abuja, Nigeria, for treatment — most of which is far beyond what her income can cover.

We are asking for your help.

Your prayers and gifts, no matter the size, will help provide:

• Cancer treatment and medications • Diagnostic testing and medical consultations • Transportation to appointments • Follow‑up care and basic support while she fights to recover

Judith was once a little girl told, “This is your new home.” That home became a family — and today, we are asking that family, and everyone who believes every life is worth fighting for, to help bring Judith home to health.

Thank you for giving, for praying, and for sharing her story. Your kindness gives her hope.
