After undergoing his first surgery for severely infected lymph nodes, Jared has learned that the infection has spread to additional lymph nodes. His condition has become increasingly serious, and his doctors have advised that he needs emergency surgery on October 15.
Jared has already missed two weeks of work due to his illness, and following surgery, he is expected to be out of work for several more weeks, with no definite return date.
Jared works full-time, lives independently, and unfortunately does not receive paid sick leave through his employer. With no income coming in, the financial burden of rent, monthly bills, and everyday expenses is quickly becoming overwhelming.
