Our new addition was born premature right after the hurricane, and our daughter is now in the NICU. I suffered complications and was hospitalized for a week as well. My husband has been out of work for three weeks now, and he does need to go back to work. We are now going to be facing serious hardship with no paychecks for the month of October. Our daughter is still in the NICU, and the timeline is completely in her hands, as only she can strengthen and grow her lungs. She is making great progress. The funds will help cover our rent and utilities, and help cover gas going to and from the NICU. Thank you for helping us stabilize our family while our daughter is in the NICU.
