🌟 **Our Journey to Justice**

We are a middle-income family in southeast Wisconsin fighting to protect our modest home and personal safety in a multi-year civil dispute over a fence line that has existed peacefully since 1997.

For years we tried to live quietly and respectfully. When we finally set a reasonable personal boundary, the response was not conversation — but escalating threats followed by multiple lawsuits.

What we’re facing:

• An active intentional tort/trespass lawsuit over a 29-year-old fence — despite their own affidavit admitting 25+ years of unobjected use of the fence/land.

• Repeated legal pressure while our neighbor selectively ignores similar issues on their own property, while continually trespassing and damaging our property.

This has caused severe financial strain (legal fees mounting), emotional distress, and worsened autoimmune conditions through constant uncertainty, court appearances, and harassment. Not to mention the strain on the family relationships.

We are not wealthy, and we simply want to:

• Defend our home and property rights

• Protect our safety and peace

• Stop the cycle of aggressive litigation & retaliation

100% of funds go directly to attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses (updated survey to show the eliminated fence and encroachments cost us $2500 alone!) to ensure fair representation and due process.
