Help to keep my head above water for this month

I am very embarrassed to do this, but I don't know what else to do. I have called all the food pantries and utility place in our area, been told there is no funding to help with utilities and was given food that went bad after 3 days. I'm disabled and bedridden, have been for 4 years due to some serious illnesses and injuries. On Sept 3rd I was scammed 250.00, looking for help to find my cat from a pet rescue so I was told. I feel stupid for falling for it, had never did it before and will never do it again.

It has cost me everything I had to get food and pay my bills plus. with the fees until the bank is done investigating which can take 180 days I was told.

I am trying to raise enough to get through until the 3rd of October when I get my next check.
