My name is Pastor CJ Sciarrotta, founder of The Patriot’s Armor Ministry, and I’m organizing this fundraiser for my cousin and sister in Christ, Sally Super, founder of The Touch of The Master’s Hand Women’s Healing and Deliverance Ministry.
Sally has spent years giving of herself to others. She has prayed with hurting people, encouraged women going through difficult seasons, ministered to those who needed someone beside them, and continued serving the Lord even while carrying struggles of her own.
Now Sally needs people to come alongside her.
Sally is in her 70s and lives on a fixed income consisting of Social Security and a small pension. With her health, simply going out and getting a job isn't a realistic solution. She is currently trying to find a doctor who can perform a much-needed heart valve replacement, bringing another serious need and additional expenses into an already difficult financial situation.
Over the past several months, household expenses, medical costs, and necessary bills have simply become more than her fixed income can carry. She has tried to keep everything going, but eventually the numbers stopped working.
Sally is now behind on her mortgage, water and sewer bills, insurance, and other essential expenses. Her car insurance is facing cancellation. She has medical bills, and there have been times when even finding enough money for groceries and ordinary necessities has become a struggle.
This isn't about paying off every debt Sally owes or giving her a more comfortable lifestyle. It's about helping a woman in her 70s keep a roof over her head, food in her home, her utilities paid, her insurance in place, and giving her some breathing room while she deals with a serious heart condition.
Her known past-due essential bills are already approximately $2,850. We've set a goal of $10,000 so we can get those immediate bills caught up and provide some breathing room for groceries, utilities, insurance, medical needs, and basic living expenses instead of simply getting her through today and watching her face the same crisis again next month.
The Patriot’s Armor Ministry will begin this fundraiser by giving the first $500.
Sally has spent years helping other people when they were hurting. I believe this is one of those times when the Body of Christ has an opportunity to come together and help someone who has spent so much of herself helping others.
Scripture tells us:
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2 NKJV
If the Lord has blessed you with the ability and puts it on your heart to help Sally financially, please give whatever you are comfortable giving. Five dollars, twenty dollars, fifty dollars or more, it adds up when God's people come together.
If you aren't able to give, you can still help. Please share this fundraiser. Send it to your church family, friends, prayer groups, and anyone else who may be willing to help. Sometimes sharing a need is just as important as giving because it puts that need in front of the person God has equipped to meet it.
And above everything else, please pray for Sally. Pray that the Lord provides for her financial needs, gives her wisdom and peace, and opens the right door for the medical care she needs for her heart.
Sally has spent a lot of years praying for and helping other people. Right now, it's our turn to stand beside her.
