Help Callie Get Pyometra Surgery

Callie is our kitty, and she is only 5 years old. She has an infection, and her vet is concerned that she may have pyometra. The only solution to it is to have her spayed. We took her to the vet last week, and she was given subq fluids and an antibiotic shot. It seems that may not have done the trick, and now the vet wants her to undergo pyometra surgery. We already spent $300 last week, which topped our budget as it is. Any help toward getting her fixed up would be super greatly appreciated. If the infection goes without treatment, it's the worst possible scenario. Callie is a part of our family, and she is my son's kitty.
