Billy Odell is in the hospital with several illnesses. Recently he lost his mother, Noel to pancreatic cancer. Due to his illness and the loss of his Mom Noel, Billy declared bankruptcy this year. He needs to pay bills and the taxes on his home, which went unpaid for the last few years.
