As a special needs mom myself, I understand firsthand the emotional and financial challenges that come with caring for a child with special needs.
I’m asking for help for someone who has become a close friend of mine, Kim Turner. We met through our sons, who attend the same day program, and over time, I've gotten to know her and the love and dedication she has for her son.
Kim is a single mother and the primary caregiver for her adult son, who has significant disabilities and requires around-the-clock care. Between unexpected medical emergencies and a significant reduction in her paid caregiving hours, she has faced serious financial hardships and has fallen behind on essential living expenses.
Despite these challenges, Kim continues to do everything she can to provide her son with the love, care, and stability he needs. Right now, she could use a little help getting back on her feet.
All donations will go directly to Kim Turner to help cover overdue and ongoing necessities, including rent, electricity, groceries, transportation, and other basic household expenses. These funds will help her catch up on bills, maintain a stable home, and continue caring for her son.
