Hi, I’m Caitlyn Mercurio and I am excited to share what God is calling me to do this coming 2026.

As many of you know, I have been attending Thrive Bible College. Through God's grace, I had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Ecuador, and it truly lit my heart on fire for the mission field. Since then, I have been praying for discernment and wisdom about this next season of my life, and I am excited to share that I have accepted the call to become a missionary.

From the time I began school and especially after my trip to Ecuador, I have felt a deep missional calling. Over 42% of the world's population is considered unreached, meaning more than 3.5 billion people have little or no access to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My heart longs to be part of changing that reality.

This September, I will be participating in a six month Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Santa Cruz, California. YWAMʼs mission is to send out young people with burning hearts to the ends of the earth, carrying the love of Jesus to the nations. This is not just a program, it’s the next chapter in the story God is writing in my life!

The first three months will focus on discipleship and training, equipping me to live missionally and effectively share the Gospel. During the following three months, I will be sent overseas to minister, share the love of Jesus, pray for the sick, and bring hope to those in spiritual bondage. While I do not yet know my exact location, this program focuses specifically on far and unreached nations in Southeast Asia. I am incredibly excited for all that God will do.

Financial Support: I’m working to raise $9,000 to cover tuition, outreach, housing, and travel. When you give, you’re not just getting me to Youth With A Mission (YWAM), you’re helping bring the message of Jesus Christ to people who have never heard it.
