NC had a cold snap not that long ago and the HVAC went out completely.

Im 48 years old and work in the ED as a laboratory representative in phlebotomy and student instruction.

My father is 76 and has bad diabetic neuropathy in his feet. I moved him here with me in my townhome to be close to the grandkids and family. We have home health care nursing in and out helping him with his recent heart stent and being ble to walk around and do what he needs to do on a daily basis.

with the summer coming up, it’s getting really warm and unhealthy.

i live paycheck to paycheck and my father only received his SSI benefits. So it’s a struggle with barely anything left over every two weeks.

I’m on the prayer team at my new church and has been brought up.. But the congregation is small, church is still gaining traction and I can’t ask for anything in good conscience. It’s hard for my father and I have no other avenues. Can’t take out a loan. I can only hope for some help and definitely some prayer 🙏
