I am seeking FINANCIAL SUPPORT to Cover the Costs of an Ongoing Federal and State Civil Lawsuit against the FBI, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Internal Affairs, and other Government Entities Involved.

I was a Victim of a Conspiracy by the Police located at 750 Sierra Vista Dr., Las Vegas, Nevada 89169 (case numbers: 1(LLV160601002956), 2(LLV170918002962), 3(LLV180717001747), 4(LLV201100075986)), the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 case # (20172459) and the Bellagio Hotel to Turn me into a Murderer. My Entire Case Related to the Bellagio Hotel was Reported to the FBI for State and Domestic Terrorism Against me. Additionally, Several Government and Private Institutions Joined the Conspiracy to Turn me Into a Murderer: Internal Affairs (case number: 1- SCC-2018-0462 and 2- CC20250430), Citizen Review Board, EEOC (case number 487-2017-01230), National Labor Relations Board (case number 28-CA-212399), Nevada Equal Rights Commission (case number 0429-19-0211 LPA), Justice Court (case numbers: 1(18A001696), 2(18A001697), 3(18A001698), 4(18A001699), 5(18A001716), Psychiatric Solution Clinic 1771 E Flamingo Rd #A120 Las Vegas NV 89119 ), State of Nevada COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL DISCIPLINE, STATE BAR OF NEVADA, SUPREME COURT of NEVADA ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS Nevada Certified Court Interpreter Program, FBI , and Official News Media such as Univision, Telemundo, KTNV 13 News, 8 News Now KLAS-TV, Fox 5 News, and AP News. All of them Lied to me and Refused to Make my Case Public to Turn me into a Murderer. AP News told me: "( They already Told me that you’re Very Persistent )", and we’re NOT Going to Do Anything because this is a Free World." The FBI, Despite having all the Evidence, Responded by Saying: "We decided NOT to Do Anything," Protecting the Entire Conspiracy Against me to Turn me Into a Murderer.
I Declare State Terrorism against all the aforementioned Nevada Government Institutions for Conspiring to Turn me into a Murderer. For Abuse of Power. For Racism. For Discrimination. For Corruption. For Influence Peddling. For Violating my Civil Rights. For Causing me Psychological Harm. For Blocking me in Las Vegas, Nevada, so that I Cannot Seek Justice Through Legal Means. For Treason. For Violating all Kinds of Federal Laws in my Case. I Demand the Immediate Closure of all the aforementioned Institutions and the Withdrawal of Federal Funds Paid with the Money from My taxes.
I Declare Domestic Terrorism against all the aforementioned Private Institutions in Nevada for Conspiring to Turn me Into a Murderer. For Abuse of Power. For Racism. For Discrimination. For Corruption. For Influence Peddling. For causing me Psychological Harm. For Blocking me in Las Vegas, Nevada, so that I Cannot Seek Justice through Legal Means. For Treason. I Demand the Immediate Closure of all the aforementioned Private Institutions. I was Unaware that the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 is an extension of the Democratic Party and is only Interested in Lying to Workers and Protecting the Interests of Large Corporations like the MGM Bellagio Hotel in my Case. The Culinary Union is only Concerned with workers' Votes during Presidential and Midterm Elections.

The videos of the False Trial that the MAFIA MGM HOTEL BELLAGIO, the MAFIA CULINARY WORKERS UNION LOCAL 226, and the MAFIA of the Justice Court organized against me. Over several years, I have been the Victim of what I believe constitutes State Terrorism, Severe Violations of my Civil Rights, Interference in Investigations, Racial Discrimination, Institutional Racism, Abuse of Power, Influence Peddling etc. These actions included Systematic Harassment, illegal Surveillance, Manipulation of Processes, and Coordinated Efforts that Caused me Severe Psychological Harm, Job Loss, and a Significant Decline in my Quality of Life. Specifically, I endured Persistent Harassment from Employees at the Bellagio Hotel, which led to my Unjust Termination. Instead of Receiving Protection or Justice, the involved Authorities ignored Evidence, Blocked my Complaints, and used their Authority to Silence me and Apply intense Psychological Pressure, Pushing me to the Brink of Extreme Desperation. I am now Litigating these Violations under Federal and State Civil Rights Laws (including Section 1983, anti-discrimination statutes, and other constitutional protections). The goal is to Obtain Justice, Compensation for the DAMAGES SUFFERED, and hold these Powerful Institutions Accountable for their Actions. The Funds Raised will be Used Exclusively for: Attorney Fees for Civil Rights and Government Litigation Specialists Court costs, expert witnesses, transcripts, and evidence gathering Related legal process expenses (travel, copies, filings, etc.)
