In 2023, my world changed forever when I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. As a single mom, it was the most terrifying news I could have ever received.

Through months of chemotherapy, radiation, and therapy, I leaned on my Heavenly Father, daughter, my family, friends, and community to keep me going. Their love and prayers became my beacon of hope and gave me the strength to fight through the hardest days of my life.

While I am so grateful to be here today, the journey has left lasting challenges. Due to a wrongful diagnosis, harsh side effects from medications, and a weakened immune system, I’ve faced ongoing health setbacks that made it nearly impossible to stay on top of bills. Despite working as a Special Education Therapist giving my heart to helping children every week medical expenses, lost work hours, and recovery have caused me to fall behind.

Now, I am facing the possibility of losing our home. My landlord has informed me that if I cannot pay the full amount in back rent he will move forward with litigation.

I’ve worked so hard to rebuild, but I cannot do this alone. This is where I humbly ask for your help. Your support whether through a donation, sharing this page, or lifting us up in prayer will give me and my daughter the chance to keep our home, stay safe, and continue healing.
