Like many thousands of healthcare and other employees around Australia who exercised their right to bodily autonomy and refused to be injected with an experimental drug to remain employed, Dr Beverley Peers, a hospital based Anaesthetist, was terminated unlawfully from Eastern Health in December 2022 after her vaccine exemption expired. Dr Peers appealed to the Chief Medical Officer, Eastern Health, Dr Alison Dwyer, to cancel the unlawful termination but her plea was ignored.

Her matter with Eastern Health and the State of Victoria has been filed in the High Court. She will need financial support for her matters in the High Court and the Victorian State Courts. Please support this brave doctors fight for all Australians rights and the true patient doctor relationship without unlawful bureaucratic interference.

My sister Dr Valerie Peers is also fighting in the courts for the rights of all Australian doctors and their patients. She too needs help with legal costs. She was suspended from medical practice by AHPRA in 2021 for protecting patients by providing them with lawful vaccine exemptions.
